Ärztekammer Berlin

Solid reinforced concrete skeleton construction

The building of the Berlin Medical Association is divided into three parts in vertical alignment. The lower part is used as underground parking and storage space. Above it rises a multi-storey, transparent entrance hall with adjacent lecture hall, seminar rooms, bistro and a garden terrace. The upper part of the building consists of 4 office floors with an adjoining roof garden. The shell structure consists of reinforced concrete in skeleton construction with stiffening cores and wall panels. The basement box is designed as waterproof concrete.
