Membrane construction from bamboo sticks

The two-storey membrane construction made of bamboo poles with 330 m² floor space was realized as a future-oriented and environmentally friendly object with exhibition, play and conference function for the presentation of the DuC initiative at the Expo 2010 Shanghai. Completely new forms of connection and processing have been developed for the bamboo sticks.
