The Weather Project

The artistic installation by Olafur Eliasson in the Turbine Hall of the Modern Tate Gallery consists of a mirrored ceiling measuring 20.00 x 160.00 m suspended under the existing roof construction at a height of 28.00 m, which is atmospherically staged with light. The mirrored ceiling composed of individual panels is formed by steel frames covered with 0.1 mm thick aluminium vapour deposited foil.
